A long-time resident of Berkshire County, Jocelyn received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Bard College at Simon’s Rock in 1988. After raising her family, she attended Albany Law School, concentrating on health law and appellate practice. Jocelyn graduated summa cum laude in 2015, and began her legal career as an appellate court attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. As an appellate court attorney, Jocelyn analyzed and reported to chambers on diverse areas of law, including domestic relations, negligence and administrative appeals, and was selected to serve in the Honorable Elizabeth Garry’s chambers, where she drafted proposed judicial decisions. Jocelyn is a member of the firm’s litigation, employment, domestic relations, and health law groups.
Jocelyn is a member of the board of directors for the Moving Arts Exchange (MAX), a community performing arts organization.
