Litigation Associate

Our litigators handle a diverse range of cases in areas including health and privacy law, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and other employment disputes, intellectual property, real estate, construction, guardianship, probate, and general commercial disputes. Deposition and trial experience preferred.

Qualified candidates should be an

• active member of the Massachusetts bar,

• a self-starter with strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, and

• be able to manage multiple assignments.
